It's not too late to Stop For Food: March 1st - 31st

Stop For Food is like Winterlicious, but better.

Stop For Food is a deal for everyone. You get to eat really good food. The chefs are able to support local organizations. The Stop gets funding they need to keep up their fantastic community food centre.

Toronto's top restaurants will offer prix fixe menus featuring local food from March 1st to 31st. The prix fixe is  $35 or $50 per person, and proceeds from each meal are donated directly to The Stop.

The Stop is a fabulous community centre/ hub/ local food paradise. Services provided by The Stop include a drop-in,  food bank, perinatal programs, civic engagement, ovens, markets, community cooking, community advocacy, sustainable food systems education and urban agriculture.

The Stop's Green Barn, focuses on local, sustainable food production and education. It has a greenhouse, offers food systems education programs, a garden, a community bake oven and a compost demonstration centre.  It is located at 601 Christie Street, Toronto.
