Speaking of italy, easiest great italian dish ever: Sphagetti aglio e olio. Mince a ton of garlic, get fresh chilies, get the best olive oil you can find. Infuse olive oil with garlic and chilies. Cook spag al dente. Drain, and combine with filtered olive oil. Hit that with some fleur de sel and pepper. Chiffonade some italian parsely and sprinkle liberally. Serve then grate the best reggiano you got. Time to complete? 25 min tops. So much awesome.Kev
